Rachana Gupta

Rachana Gupta

Director, ECE Senior Design

Rachana Gupta is a Teaching Professor in the ECE Department. She is the Director of the ECE Senior Design Program. She has taught Senior Design since 2011, and also directed the ECE Summer Camp for high school students in 2013-15. She has created and taught a graduate-level course in Python programming and an undergraduate course on Practical Engineering Prototyping (PrEP).

Jeremy Edmondson

Jeremy Edmondson

Associate Director, ECE Senior Design

Jeremy Edmondson was a Platform Architect at Volvo Trucks, where he defined the future architecture for all North American brands, including e-mobility (HEV, BEV, fuel-cell), automation (driver assistance and driver-less), and products to meet CO2 legislation. He is also the Technical Director and Founder of Awatea Technologies, an innovative product development company. He has mentored six ECE senior design projects at NC State. He has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
